- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have a staff member trying to deposit a check of ours, via echeck, and was told by the GM that since they have never seen an echeck before, they will not cash it. I am the business owner and the account holder and offered to be verified and still to no avail. Since Citibank is an organization stuck in PC ages (ask them if there remote check deposit is available on Mac products), I am not surprised that a GM will decline without checking. Citi, get with 2018, this is pathetic in customer service and you need stop hanging in the dinosaur ages. You will not make it in the crypto space!By Bianka Krausch, November 18, 2017
