  *Update* I am happy to say that I am officially not signing another lease. Since my last review last May, this place has become INFESTED with roaches. I've had pest control come in here a few times - the next day, roaches. They also have the nerve to raise the rent with the conditions we have to live in + dust a debris from the construction. So happy to be leaving this place, 60-days is too long away! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Original Review (May 2017): The best thing about this place close to all major highways, shopping and restaurants. When I first moved here in 2015, the place was pretty great (under ZRS Management). Then late 2015/early 2016, management was changed to BH Management. The trouble started then. The leasing agent (Jessika) was great, she responded to emails promptly, and did her best to get things in order. First problem is with the constant flooding. I am not sure what maintenance is doing, but every time it rains, even a sun shower, the entire place flood. We end up with mosquitoes all over the place and water bugs coming into my home. Before BH management took over, the previous company made sure to drain the parking lot after rain. Now, the place is flooding for days at a time. Second problem is with the towing. They claim the towing is because of no parking spaces, however since living here for 3 years, I've never seen a full parking lot. I am paying over $1,600 a month for a place that treats me like a child. I have guests coming over and if I forget to register them for visitors passes, I'm running like a mad man to make sure their cars aren't towed. In addition, they decided to use a company known in the SFla area for predatory towing practices. Third problem is with the lack of communication and misinformation on their end. They apparently use a 3rd party to verify insurance, even if you send them personal confirmation of insurance from. In the past year, I've had to send them confirmation of insurance 3 times because of an error with ePremium. After Jessika left, you are lucky if an email is answered or a phone call answered by the second call. I literally just called them 10 times in a row before someone can answer the phone just to confirm receipt on an email I sent in order to refund me fraudulent lack of insurance charges. I am so ready to move out of this place and have now moved my home purchasing plans up because I can't stand it. I pay too much money for the service (or lack of) that is given at this place...I'd rather use that to invest in my own property that wont treat me like some child or criminal...

  This place is nasty. my cousin lives in building 5 and I staid with her for 5 months. the building is dirty, I have only seen it being clean twice and they do not clean all of the floors. when it rains the parking lot becomes a river, the elevator smells like dog pee and is filthy. Maintenance is a joke. We called about a few things and they showed up months later. if you want your apartment fixed you will probably have to call every day and good luck with that because they barely pick up the phone. They are now under construction so you will see some rats and roaches. I was planning on getting a studio here but after staying a few months in this nasty building I changed my mind. THIS WHOLE PLACE IS NASTY, CAN'T BELIEVE HUMANS LIVE IN SUCH CONDITIONS.
